This is excellent news! More than anything, I’ve always admired the growth of Discworld as it seemed the author himself. Was finding his way and gaining in powers as he went.
Discworld started in the early 80′s It wasn’t that long ago (2004) that he wrote Going Postal which was one of my favorite reads of that year.
I think my fondest memory has nothing to do with books actually. I remember playing the Discworld game on Playstation (just Playstation, O.G. stuff!) and going through it with one of my best friends, who unfortunately passed away a few years ago. As we got older, we did a lot of crazy shit together (I’m talking capers), yet playing this damn video game is one of memories that comes to the forefront.
I’ve always admired the amazing visuals that accompanied Discworld as well!
