The date for the 2009 Windy City Comic Con has been announced! No, this isn’t me announcing who is accompanying me to Chicago, but instead the actual date for the second comic book convention presented by the peeps from Around Comics!

With more guests, more vendors, and more programming, the 2009 Windy City Comicon is already shaping up to be the one of the best comic book conventions of 2009. We’ve already confirmed over 30 guests, with over a dozen first timers. But we don’t plan on stopping there. We’re hard at work trying to get some of comics best creators to visit the windy city and join in on the fun. I think it is nice to have another convention that is not in CA or NY. Some people can not travel to those two and getting this to be a big one as well would be neat.
