A bit late on this, but the other day I saw Nalo Hopkinson point to a trailer for Half World, the latest work from Hiromi Goto, that also features illustrations from Jillian Tamaki.
This is being released by Penguin this month, and I just thought it looked pretty cool. Not to mention that I just have to represent for the Oriental Connection.

The premise reminds me of the one Sean Williams used in The Crooked Letter.
