Welker the O.G. Soundwave, back for today’s Transformers?

Over at his message board, Michael Bay dropped a note saying that he may be pursuing Frank Welker to reprise his rendition of the iconic (yeah I said it) voice of Soundwave.

Welker was the original voice in the U.S. cartoon. Don’t remember?
