Last month we posted the short list for the 2009 Arthur C. Clarke Award, and today it has been announced that Ian R. MacLeod has won the award for Song of Time. BSC would like to congratulate Mr. MacLeod.
BSC actually has an exclusive excerpt from the Clarke award winner. I hope those who haven’t checked out MacLeod will go ahead and do so (though he has garnered several award before) as in my mind, when you take into account short fiction and novels, his catalog is as enviable as someone like a Jeffrey Ford.
