Sci Fi and Will Smith – Unfinished Business

THR is reporting that Sci Fi is teaming up with Overbrook Entertainment – a production group that includes Will Smith – to bring Unfinished Business a new two hour movie that could also serve as a pilot for a new series.

It’s been described as:

a drama about an ex-cop who starts seeing flashes of memories from the recently deceased. The visions compel him to help wronged souls resolve their unfinished business.

    
I actually dig Will Smith, but (I don’t get the impressions he is actually acting in this – and I’d be shocked if he did) kind of has that been there, done that premise. Smith’s name is being used to headline the press releases (smart), but I’m not sure what it is exactly supposed to mean to people.
