From the Press Release:
Did you know Snoopy has siblings? Not only does he have siblings but they are quite musically inclined. Since 1950, Peanuts, by Charles M. Schulz, is one of the most beloved comic strips in the world.
For the first time on DVD, this remastered film features new bonus content and a new –to-DVD bonus episode.
Snoopy is homesick for his puppyhood at the Daisy Hill Puppy Farm, so he and Charlie Brown organize a reunion of his siblings Spike, Andy, Olaf, Marbles, Belle, Molly and Rover. However, when they arrive at the puppy farm, Charlie Brown is aghast to find that urban sprawl has replaced it with a parking garage. Snoopy and his family however, calmly begin to play musical instruments they’ve each brought, thoroughly satisfied that they are together again.
Bonus content: “Together Again: The Peanuts Voice-Cast Reunion” – Great interviews with the original voice talent from the show, their experience during the time and where they are now.
Snoopy’s Reunion Deluxe Edition on DVD, April 7th.
After watching the video above I realize why I love Peanuts so much. It is a wholesome cartoon that is enjoyable for everyone. Even at 35 I still watch all of the holiday specials when they come on, and still read Classic Peanuts in the newspaper.
