There has been a lot of Heroes news lately, as NBC has been very active in adding to an already large cast. Now, in one move you kind of sense whatever online optimism existed has taken a blow as Bryan Fuller has left the show.
EW is reporting that the producer has once again left Heroes. I’m not sure how much stock we could put into the notion, but many seemed to have associated Fuller with Heroes when the show was at its best, and you could sense some optimism for the show as it enters next season with the mind behind Pushing Dasies and Dead Like Me returning to the show.
It’s being reported that the exit is not spurned on by creative differences with Tim Kring, but rather due to Fuller’s workload, mentioning 2 pilots he is currently working on.
AICN reported this by Fuller (on Heroes):
“We crafted some really great arcs for the season that I’m excited to see come to fruition. I love that cast dearly and am sad to go, but the plate — she was over-flowing.”
