The Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie trailer

Another post exclusively for Damon. Earlier this month I noted the teaser trailer for the movie based on Disney’s The Wizards of Waverly Place TV show.

    
Movie Synopsis:

The Russo family embark on a vacation to the Caribbean resort where Jerry (David DeLuise) and Theresa (Maria Canals-Barrera) first met. Alex (Selena Gomez) is upset that she must accompany her family on the trip and ultimately conjures a spell that reverses her parents’ fateful first meeting and puts the Russo familys very existence in question. To cancel the spell, Alex, Max (Jake T. Austin) and Justin (David Henrie) must set out through the jungle to find the all-powerful “Stone of Dreams”. Meanwhile, Max scrambles to make his parents fall in love again. As Alex and Justin are searching for the stone Justin disappears because he is the first child and Max and Alex must prove that they can save their family on their own.

This trailer aired on Disney’s Princess Protection Program yesterday. A 2-hour special, Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie will air on August 1st.
