I’ve posted about DC’s Wednesday Comics and it looks like I need to give DC some props for doing some actual out-of-the-dungeon marketing. One of their forthcoming strips, that of Superman by John Arcudi and artist Lee Bermejo, is going to be syndicated in USA Today.
To coincide with the July 8th release of Wednesday Comics, on the same day (ahem…Wednesday) and continuing through the title’s run (12 weeks), we will get to see Superman in the pages of USA Today. This rates as pretty awesome news, so awesome that I wish that I could tell you that we at BSC will be following the series and offering week-to-week commentary.
I’m a huge DC fan, and ecstatic to see that the last son of Krypton will be back in the view of the mainstream and in print. I posted this earlier, but here is a previously released page from the Superman strip:
