No other station gets me as excited as HBO when they say they are going to launch a new comedy. The project which is currently untitled is written by Marti Noxon and will star Diane Keaton as a feminist icon who wants to get the movement going again by starting an X-rated type magazine for women. (from THR.com). The comedy is being produced by Grady Twins Prods which was launched by Marti Noxon and Dawn Parouse.
I love the idea and like Noxon and Parouse think that Diane Keaton is a perfect fit for a role like this. One top of that I am glad that this type of show found its way to HBO as I think they do a great job of handling adult material without going all Cinemax on us. Fingers crossed that this turns out well.
