EW is reporting that my girl from The Sopranos, one Jamie-Lynn Sigler will be joining the cast of ABC’s Ugly Betty in a recurring role for its 4th season.
Sigler, who played Meadow, the daughter of HBO’s Tony Soprano, will take the role of ‘Natalie’ Ugly Betty. EW describes the roles as Daniel’s sexy, spiritual, funny new assistant. Daniel is the character played by Eric Mabius.
Ugly Betty returns for its fourth season on October 9, 2009 and will air on Friday nights at 9pm. That is NOT an enviable time-slot
I hope this does not mean that she has to stop with Entourage, I would really miss her on that show playing herself.
