The awesome trailer day continues in the aftermath of SDCC! Just last week got an extended look at Neill Blomkamp’s District 9. I saw this over at /Film first, and the editor (who saw a screening of the film) warns that viewers who desire a ‘pure’ experience at the theater may want to take a pass.
District 9 is written and directed by Neill Blomkamp and produced by Peter Jackson. It opens August 14th and stars Sharlto Copley, David James, Jason Cope, Vanessa Haywood and William Allen Young. It’s based on the Blomkamp short film, Alive in Joburg, which you can view here at BSCreview.
