Rachel Nichols working out G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra clip

What an odd choice. New clip from G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra that I really can’t bring myself to be snarky about. Rachel Nichols makes big screen G.I. Joe watchable in a clip called Locker Room.

I’m not complaining, but somebody at Paramount was like “role out the Scarlett running” clip and bless that executive, and not for the obvious reasons, but we desperately needed no-accelerator suit zone. Related to that, Somers actually explains the scene where we’ve seen the suits in this featurette:

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra stars Dennis Quaid, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Byung Hun Lee, Ray Park, Said Taghmaoui, Channing Tatum and Marlon Wayans. It is directed by Steven Somers.

It’s set for an August 7th release.
