Torchwood: Children of Earth has been getting some positive buzz. For those that don’t know, it’s a 5 episode miniseries from BBC, and the third series (or banner) that the series has been released in. It played on consecutive days on BBC One in the second week of July (through the 10th) and will be on U.S. shores (BBC America) on the 20th. Some promo images for Day Five have hit the web.

Torchwood stars John Barrowman, Eve Myles, Kai Owen, Gareth David-Lloyd and was created by Russell T. Davies, who was the mind behind the modern revival of the Doctor Who franchise (from which Torchwood is a spin-off of).
