The Dread Pirate Roberts! Cary Elwes should have first dibs on any role for life for The Princess Bride. The guy should be the next Bond appearing in the next film and assuming the role after whipping up on Daniel Craig. Unlikely, but it looks like USA is going to give us our fix, along with Rachael Leigh Cook and more next season.
USA has announced their guest stars for the upcoming season of Psyche. Rachel Lee Cook will return as Abigail (Shawn’s girlfriend) an Elwes will be an international art thief (keeping dread to the roots). Other guest stars will include James Brolin, Christine Baranski, Sendhil Ramamurthy and John Cena (who for some reason the press release actually headlines–The Marine=one of the worst movies ever.)
I think Psych is loads of fun and in a manner like Chuck is able integrate nerd-pop that’s just not crafty enough to be fun so it transforms into a really odd form of dumb-cool.
Psych returns and premiers its fourth season this Friday, August 7th at 10/9c.
