Keith Carradine visits Dollhouse
Seems like the previously reported cuts for season 2 aren’t at all hindering Dollhouse from drawing in quality talent to the show. Lately of (and will continue to be) Showtime’s Dexter, the veteran actor is reportedly in for at least two episodes of Dollhouse when the show returns this fall on Fox.
EW’s Ausiello (via Whedonesque) is reporting that Carradine will be playing “Matthew Harding”, a role described only as, “a powerful businessman”.
Carradine has quite a bit of work among his credits, but by default my favorite is his (admittedly short) stint as Wild Bill Hickok in HBO’s Deadwood (perhaps my favorite show ever), and this is the second recent member of Deadwood Alumi that we’ve noted being cast in a current show, with John Hawkes joining Lost (Jen Hill, where you at!?)
Yesterday we posted a really sweet poster promoting the next season, set to start on Friday, September 25th at 9/8c. Man, every time I see that time-slot I’m reminded of what looks to be an up-hill battle, but I hope they can pull it off!
