We get our first look at what’s CW is describing as a ‘rough’ look at Metallo, a character that will be appearing in 2-episode arc in the upcoming season of Smallville and played by Brian Austin Green.
Reportedly the Metallo arc will premier the season (September 25th), and TV Guide (via Meredith Woerner of io9) is reporting a possible extension to the arc/character, saying:
“We’re actually throwing some ideas around right now in the hopes that we might be able to bring him back for another episode.”
In comics, Metallo goes back to DC’s Silver Age (and indeed has what could be viewed as a Golden Age version/prototype – ‘Metalo’ as well),
