TV Guide is reporting that Desmond Harrington will be back on CW’s Gossip Girl later this season to reprise his role as Jack Bass, the uncle of Chuck (played by Ed Westwick). The show kicked off its third season last week (check out clips for the second episode).
Harrington was quoted in the report as saying:
“I think it’s episode 15 or 16 where I show back up. It’s fun playing Uncle Jack.”
Harrington also plays the role of Joey Quinn on Showtime’s Dexter. Earlier we’ve noted other Gossip Girl appearances planned this season that include Tyra Banks, that Hilary Duff, Sonic Youth and Gina Torres . Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, and Penn Badgley.
