Michelle Monaghan actually has starred with Downey (along with Val Kilmer). in a previous film that was one my favorite movies in recent years in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Variety is reporting that Todd Phillips is bringing the two back together in Due Date, to go along with Zach Galifianakis.
Monaghan will play Downey’s pregnant wife in the film. She was amazing in Gone Baby Gone, and her credit include Mission Impossible III with Tom Cruise, and starring opposite of Shia Labeouf inEagle Eye.
Phillips previously directed one of my favorite comedies in Old School, and more recently helmed The Hangover. The film has November 5th, 2010 release date attached to it.
