Grey’s Anatomy needs to add some bodies for the departed (even if temporarily) T.R. Knight, Ellen Pompeo and BSC favorite, Katherine Heigl. According to TV Guide they have landed Sarah Drew, late of roles and appearances in Everwood, Mad Men, Glee, Castle, Medium and Wonderfalls, among others.
Drew will be part of storyline starting on October 15th, as a doctor named April who is part of the Mercy West /Seattle Grace Hospital-merge storyline. Grey’s Anatomy debuted its 6th season on September 24, 2009.
