Oh, the crazy was out in full force this week on Wisteria Lane; it was almost too much to handle. Julie was having an affair? Katherine’s nervous breakdown? John in love with Gaby? Oh, goodness.
And how did the ladies all do this week? Let’s break it down.
Gaby: Oh, man, when she caught the girls with Ana’s condoms I just about died laughing; “grown-up mint balloons,” oh, too much. And seriously, why is everyone in love with Gaby? John’s everlasting love is just like Zach when he reappeared a rich man and tried to win her over, apparently everyone loves her. But I did love her “break-up” with John with the torn picture, very appropriate. And her “happy” speech to Carlos at the end just made my heart melt, it was so sweet and so true.
Lynette: The twin talk was amazing. I love that she’s going along with saying she had a boob job and Carlos is buying it. But, man, speaking of Carlos, he is coming off like an ass lately with the boob talk, the pregnancy, the using Lynette to get a deal…just sketchy. However, someone who is redeeming himself lately is Tom. He is just too cute and his “not perfect” speech was quite adorable.
Bree: Goodness, woman, since when did you become a sex fiend!? The opening montage of Bree skipping out and making excuses to go meet Karl all the time was hilarious and very un-Bree. However, Bree was very much herself trying to look after Katherine. The cake scene was priceless, and I wish we saw the final splat, but, man, Bree tried to be nice, just can’t help it that Katherine’s crazy.
Katherine: The crazy was stepped up another notch this week. I didn’t think it could be done, but the fact that Katherine was designing a wedding cake for her dream wedding to Mike, snooping outside his house, and ultimately keyed Bree’s car definitely showed it. Seriously, the woman is bipolar, and I’m pretty sure she’s about to snap at any minute, and wow, will that be a crazy one.
Susan: I felt so bad for her this week. Finding out all about Julie and how she dropped out of med school and had an affair with a married man all in one swoop, yikes. It was just all sorts of awkward, and hopefully they’ll have their mother/daughter duo back.
Angie: Bribing Porter to be friends with Danny? Scars on the back from an explosion? An Oedipus type relationship with her son? Yeah this woman is almost too much! Danny is clearly in love with her and also trying to protect her. I just need to know about the scars!? The potential mob past?! I need to know!
However, what else I need to know still is who hurt Julie! And her married man, yeah I totally called that it was Danny’s dad/Angie’s husband Nick/Dominic. He just screamed sketchy from the startm and no wonder Danny and Julie were in a fight–he knows! Oh, I can’t wait to see how this one turns out. Well, that and every other twisted storyline….
