There may have been confusion from the news outlets including National Enquirer who reported that Bryan Batt and longtime partner Tom Cianfichi were planning a wedding in Vermont over Christmas. His rep spoke with TVGuide.com and stated that there are “currently no plans for the couple to get married at this time”.
The statement continues to say that the goal is to eventually get married but it will not happen this year. The couple is a strong supporter of gay marriage and have been together for about 20 years. They are registered domestic partners.
