EW is reporting that for the 100th episode of How I Met Your Mother, we will get an appearance by Rachel Bilson. The episode would air in January. BSC reviewed the first episode of this season.
Earlier in the year at EW, the executive producer of the show (Craig Thomas) said this of the episode:
“It’ll be the closest Ted’s ever come to [discovering who she is]. He’s getting a step closer every episode this season, and episode 100 [we] kind of go bananas with it.”
“spending a lot of time trying to cast the female role in Ted’s story for episode 100″
How I Met Your Mother stars Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Cobie Smulders, Neil Patrick Harris and Lily Aldrin, and airs on CBS.
