BSC Battle – Elizabeth Mitchell – Erica on V or Juliet on Lost

Elizabeth Mitchell plays Juliet on Lost and Erica on V, but which is the cooler character? We all know that Elizabeth as an actress kicks ass, so that is really not up for debate in my camp, but when I think of the two characters she plays it is a tough call. Erica is pretty cool as the FBI agent that is trying to save the world from invasion, but Juliet on Lost has just done it all. What are your thoughts?

   I guess instead of cooler, I could have went with which character is a bigger bad ass? Or which character would you want saving the world? So many thoughts.

   Juliet will forever be my favorite female character on a show. We’ve only gotten to see Erica for two episodes so it’s really hard to put her over a character we’ve grown to love over the course of three years.

   True, I might have been a bit premature with this battle. The thing I like about Erica even after two episodes is that I feel like she is less sneaky if you know what I mean.

   Juliet! But it’s not a fair competition… we’ve just met Erica, we’ve known and loved Juliet from 3 years!

   While it’s obvious Lost was rolling before Mitchell appeared (much less became prominent), I’ve always held her quick rise to one of the frontline characters was a great credit to the cast an actor. There is really a few episodes where Mitchell became the most (perhaps excluding Ben) interesting characters on the show.

   I think that since I grew to love Juliet so very much in LOST I was pre-disposed to loving Erica right from the get go. In the beginning of Juliet’s appearance on LOST I couldn’t stand her too much, though I take a dislike to anyone who likes Jack as the hero/stud of the show quite frankly, but she grew on me.

   So I’m not sure, this is an unfair comparison…
