Final Fantasy VII, for those of us that were there, was a damn a revolution. People that weren’t even gamers, the hardest people you (used to) know disappeared for weeks after being last seen at Video City (old school, baby!). That was the last time I played a game in the franchise (Tactics was wack). I saw this 5 minute Japanese trailer for XIII over at Omelette.
Final Fantasy XIII is scheduled to be out on December 17, 2009 in Japan on PlayStation 3, and on March 9, 2010 in Europe and North America on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
So this time the effeminate FF protagonist is actually a woman? What will those crazy Square Enix guys think of next?
