Almost back to normal around here–I guess that means the Death Star is 80% rebuilt after having our original content decimated over the holidays. This week marked the return of a few more TV shows (the rest should follow next week), a few more book reviews, a few more columns. Gerald So thought The Big Bang Theory‘s “The Pscyhic Vortex” offered some promising openings for Penny/Leonard’s relationship and Sheldon
Scott Parker was happy to have CSI: Miami back from hiatus with “Show Stopper”
Castle‘s “A Rose for Everafter” was an excellent way to come back from the break, including the poignantly played guest appearance by Alyssa Milano
Gerald So thought NCIS had a strong 150th episode in “Flesh and Blood”, while NCIS: Los Angeles had one of its weakest episodes yet in “Past Lives”
Bones “The X in the File” gave homage to the show referenced in the title by having alleged extraterrestrial remains be the body this week, a twist Gerald So enjoyed more than he expected
