Writing my introduction to my interview with Charlie Huston is an easy one, because all I really need to is quote the massive amount of praise that’s been heaped upon the Southern Californian novelist over the last six years:

Rest assured that none of these blurbs are lip service. Huston’s novels are bold, page turning, genre benders. And on January 12th at the Poisoned Pen bookstore in Scottsdale, AZ, I sat down with Huston to discuss his career, future projects, and his most recent novel, Sleepless.
Well done, Keith. Sleepless sounds fascinating (not a surprise; if Huston writes it, I’ll read it), and I’m looking forward to watching part 2!
