Have to love everything Kick-Ass so far, and how what HitFix is calling the final one-sheet for the film brings it all together! After a number of promo images/poster released featuring single characters – some with synergy – we get a group-shot for the film coming out this April. Directed by Matthew Vaughn and adapted from the comic by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. This has been one of my favorite campaigns to watch over the last year or so (though I said the same about “9″ which apparently did not impress).
Kick-Ass stars Aaron Johnson as the titular character, Nicolas Cage (Big Daddy), Chloe Moretz (Hit-Girl), and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Red Mist). Before taking on Kick-Ass Vaughn directed and produced Layer Cake; the adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s Stardust, and produced Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. You can watch a coupel of trailers we’ve posted previously, this one featuring Hit-Girl getting down, and the latest released earlier this month, which offers a wide look at the film.
