Sterling Sulieman is The Vampire Diaries “Harper’

We may need to start calling this joint The Total Elena’s Show Network as everything seems to be casting news and promo for the BSC Moff’s favorite shows. Yesterday we posted the preview for The Vampire Diaries’ “Bloodlines”, and now she add Sterling Sulieman to the cast as ‘Harper”. Sulieman is the second new face announced in this early year (via TV Guide) for CW’s successful new show, joining Melinda Clarke who was announced earlier in the week.

Suliemen is set appear in February, and according to TV Guide he’s a vampire who show producer Julie Plec describes as “we have a union soldier down there named Harper who we’ll be seeing soon.” Sulimen is set to appear in this season’s 24 and was Dre Woods on All My Children. He’s also appeared in rather high profile shows like Bones, Entourage, and Hannah Montana. It doesn’t appear that the show is getting any less attractive, but since my team added the aforementioned Clarke, the Aquarius in me can respect balance.

The Vampire Diaries returns from its mid-season break on January 21st with “Bloodlines”, where we will be introduced to Gina Torres and Mia Kirshner. The show airs on Thursdays at 8pm on the CW, and stars Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, and Ian Somerhalder.
