December brought us a ton of promos for next Summer’s film event (that’s what Pixar does) Toy Story 3. January isn’t starting off as a reprieve as a teaser/featurette is up with Lee introducing Mr. Pricklepants, a new character voiced by Timothy Dalton. The character had previously been described as something of a luvvie and wears lederhosen and a hedgehog toy with thespian tendencies. Some commentary on the feature is provided the film’s director Lee Unkrich.
Some of the aforementioned looks we’ve already received of TS#3 include a teaser trailer, a clip and two promo images.
Mr. Pricklepants is one of two new character I’m very excited to see! The other was one revealed in a promo for Up (more info), who is also a cover boy on a Toy Story 3 related book!
