Saw this bit over at Spinetingler – our killer sister site where all crime fans will end up by 2011 – giving you the word that BattleStar Galactica‘s Grace Park has landed another gig:

I have this distaste for the show because somebody I rather don’t like used to call me Hawaii 5-0 (I had at the point in my life never even heard of the show). That said, you throw a little Grace sweet-maxim-shoot Park in the mix, and you get a BSC post. Park joins the already announced Daniel Dae Kim (my oriental connection bud from Lost), Alex O’Loughlin and Taryn Manning. THR is descrbing her role as:
Kono is a beautiful and smart champion surfer who is about to graduate from the police academy when McGarrett recruits her to join his team.
Good year for the ladies of BSG thus far, with Tricia Helfer landing on Dark Blue, and Katee Sackhoff (who has been on 24 recently) landing the lead in the upcoming – as of yet unnamed – ABC drama from Richard Hatem.
