At the end of January we told you that Jennifer Lopez would be guest appearing on How I Met Your Mother, and last week we directed you to aa pic from the set with her chillin’ with Neil Patrick Harris. Yesterday, CBS dropped our first official – in show – look at Lopez, playing the role of author Anita Appleby, intent on “breaking” Barney (Harris).
Lopez will be appearing on the episode titled “Of Course”, which airs March 8th on the CBS. The show returns for from itss Winter Games hiatus on March 1st, when it will feature another guest star, Carrie Underwood, who we told you was cast at the beginning of January (and we have promo pics for you!)

It sucks that Jennifer Lopez couldn’t get to American Idol. It would have been completely magnificent if she could have gotten there. Properly possibly she can get there next season.
