Another week on Wisteria Lane, another batch of plot twists and story developments; this time it’s cancer, a lesbian, and some new parents.

Gaby: Seriously, she cracks me up all the time. I love that she even had to think about staying at home once Carlos offered to watch the girls so she wouldn’t get sick. And ohmygod of course she had a fabulous night out with the gay guys and they totally loved her, hilarious. I especially loved their grown up nights in with cocktails and night caps and grown up movies, hilarious. And, aw, I may have shed a tear of happiness when Gaby came upon Bob and Lee’s nursery for their future baby. It was so darn cute! It just made me so happy for them, and I’m glad it made Gaby appreciate motherhood just a wee bit more.
Lynette: How very Sixteen Candles of Marc Cherry to have poor Tom and Lynette forget baby Penny’s birthday. I felt so bad for Lynette being so absent-minded and scatterbrained that not only did she forget the birthday but also got the wrong name on the cake, too. However, I think she properly made it up to Penny by staying in the hotel with her and ordering ice cream and just being girly and having fun.
Bree: Where has Andrew been this whole time? And now he’s running the company? And having an affair with the ditzy help? Interesting, very interesting. And why is Bree so trusting of this obviously creepy and conniving Sam person? So many questions, so much is probably going to go wrong soon, very, very interesting.
Katherine: Going lesbian, I see? I thought I read about that, but I didn’t really know it would come to fruition…wow. I thought her dream about Robin was hilarious, but I definitely gasped at the end of the episode where Katherine and Robin were naked in bed together! I mean, wow, talk about a turn of events….and sexuality. I am quite curious to see where this goes next.
Susan: Not a whole lot going on in Susan’s life these days except meddling in Karen’s life. When are we going to hear more about Julie or her attacker that is still on the loose??? I mean hellooo.
Angie: Thank goodness she figured out Danny was on the loose; I knew there had to be a kick to it with the fact that they are New York runaways. I can’t wait to see where this storyline goes; it’s a little nuts.
Also happening on Wisteria Lane, Mrs. McCluskey and Roy got engaged! Not the most romantic proposal, but it was sweet overall. But really, Mrs. McCluskey has cancer? They had to make the show imitate real life (Kathryn Joosten is currently in remission, thank goodness) and, man, way to make it emotional.

I think the network’s got some guts. The whole coming out later in life thing is a hot topic right now. I’m glad they’re willing to stay current and they’re doing it with some class! Go Katherine and Robin!
