Back in January we posted the teaser trailer, our first look at HBO’s Treme, brought to us by the duo of David Simon’s & Eric Overmyer, the minds who brought us The Wire. Now, via Spinetingler I see that another looks had made its way online. Again, Treme is post-Katrina drama that offers a perspective on the New Orleans rebuild through the city’s musicians. Fans of The Wire fans will recognize Wendell Pierce and Clarke Peters who are joined by Khandi Alexander, Kim Dickens, Melissa Leo, Rob Brown and Steve Zahn. Treme premieres on HBO on April 11th.
You have to like how the HBO line-up is looking. Yesterday, we told you when the third season of True Blood would debut; a week before we brought word that A Game of Thrones is on–and The Pacific just hit! Even old HBO shows are in the news recently, with Rome film talks heating up.
