The wait is over! Well, not really, we just now know when the wait will be over, which is the next best thing. HBO’s hit show True Blood has now been confirmed to return for its third season this Summer! On June 13th (a Sunday). It’s been awhile since we saw saw True Blood, bu we certainly have not been completely abandoned, as we have been getting and bringing you the word on Season 3 casting throughout the hiatus. I’ve been told that we may have reliable coverage for the upcoming season, so make sure you’re back at BSC for week-to-week commentary on the show!
Let’s go through them again shall we? We have a bunch of lovelies, including Brit Morgan cast as Debbie Pelt, Lindsay Pulsipher (as Norris), Dawn Olivieri (as Janice Herveaux),Joe Manganiello, Cooper Huckabee, Alfre Woodward, James Frain, J. Smith-Cameron, Theo Alexander (as Russell Edgington), Shannon Lucio (as Caroline), Kevin Alejandro (Jesus Velasque), Marshall Allman (as Tommy Mickens), and finally, Denis O’Hare (as Russell Edgington).
Beyond the new faces, last year we told you that you have even more to look forward to, as even show producer Alan Ball agrees:
“it’s a person we’ll be happy to see go.”
