Yesterday we brought the awesome new trailer for Marvel Studio/Paramount’s Iron Man 2 and today we a batch of promo material is online. We get 2 character posters, a theater standee, and production image, all of which feature images of Downey Jr,’s Star and Don Cheadle’s James “Rhodey” Rhodes. As we all know by now, Cheadle has assumed the role that Terrence Howard played in the first film, and looks to have a much more prominent role as War Machine (though honestly, I thought Howard was fine in the movie).
Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow return, and are again directed by Jon Favreau. Among those joining Cheadle as new additions to are Scarlett Johannson as Black Widow, Mickey Rourke as Whiplash, Olivia Munn, and Kate Mara.
