Grey’s Anatomy promo photos are piling up as we we get closer and closer to the season finale. Today we have images from ABC from the special 2-hour finale, titled ‘Sanctuary’ & ‘Death and All His Friends” respectively. They will both air on May 20th (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET), and described in the synopsis as a “shocker”. Last week we brought you promos from ‘Hook, Line and Sinner’ , which airs tonight. Earlier in the month, both here and over at our sister-site BSCkids, we’ve been bringing you multiple sneak peeks at ‘Shiny Happy People’, the May 13th episode that will guest star Demi Lovato.

Episode Synopsis - GREY’S ANATOMY – ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” concludes the season with a two-hour shocker, THURSDAY, MAY 20. In the first hour, entitled “Sanctuary” (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), Seattle Grace Hospital is hit with a crisis like no other in its history. Then, in the second hour, “Death and All His Friends” (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), Cristina and Meredith’s surgical skills are put to the ultimate test.
