Taylor Lautner now has his romantic interest and guest star lined up for Abduction, with Deadline Hollywood reporting that Lily Collins has been cast opposite the Twilight star in the John Singleton directed film coming from Lions Gate. The last time we talked Lily Collins was to let you know that Phil Collins’ daughter was added to the cast of Priest, but you probably saw her in the The Blind Side , where she played Collins Tuohy (who from what I saw on some news show is a looker herself). I don’t think I’ve truly enjoyed (Four Brothers was alright and certainly watchable) a Singleton directed film since the early ’90s, when he was the truly big time with Boyz N the Hood, Higher Learning, and to a lesser degree, Poetic Justice.
The report indicated that Collins’ role will be that of the girlfriend of a young man who discovers the parents that raised him aren’t his. Taylor Lautner would be the young man.
