We mentioned Lilith Fair over at BSCkids last month because it was announced that Selena Gomez would be a part of the event/tour, joining a host of other big time talent, and now it looks like they’ve added another big gun to the card in Rihanna. The pop star will perform at Salt Lake City/July 12 part of the tour leg, and tickets on go on sale this week (April 17th). Go to the official site for more information.
Rihanna joins a tour that includes names like Kelly Clarkson, Martina McBride, Erykah Badu, Sheryl Crow, Mary J. Blige, Sugar Land, Norah Jones and many, many more. It kicks off on June 27th in Calgary and will continue as a 36-city tour. earlier this month we told you that Rihanna was hitting the road for her own Last Girl on Earth tour (see a preview we posted). We recently saw her performing on American Idol, debuting her new single “Rock Star 101″.
