Supernatural – “99 Problems” clip

We are closing in on the 100th episode of Supernatural, and I have to admit that I like the show (haven’t seen the latest season though–one behind here) even though I tend to like the earlier shows when it didn’t seem tied to its own mythology and was just two cats rolling around blasting on the supernatural and unwanted (seems like a problem for a lot of media, especially comic books). Still, I have enjoyed post-Sam demon boy revelation just fine. Before we can hit 3 digits though, we have to get the big 99 out of the way, and CW has released a webclip for “99 Problems” to get you ready for the milestone episode (“Point of No Return”) on the horizon. “99 Problems” airs on April 8th.

Episode Synopsis – Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are outnumbered by demons but are saved at the last minute by Rob (guest star Michael Shanks) and his townspeople, who are aware of the Apocalypse and have been training to fight and kill demons. The small town is very religious, and Sam and Dean meet Pastor Gideon (guest star Larry Poindexter), who introduces them to his daughter, Leah (guest star Kayla Mae Maloney), whom he claims is a prophet. Leah tells the townspeople they must obey her orders if they want a spot in Heaven, but when she starts turning the townspeople against each other in the name of the Lord, the brothers realize they must kill her
