HBO has announced that before Season 3 of True Blood starts, we will get half-dozen webisodes that will air after episodes of the encore presentation of Season 2 (which starts up on May 2nd). This is what HBO said with the release We know #waitingsucks. That’s why we’re giving you six new True Blood mini episodes, written by Alan Ball. A new one premieres each week starting Sunday May 2, directly following the Season 2 replays at 8. It all leads up to the Season 3 premiere June 13, only on HBO.
Yesterday we posted the latest in the ‘Waiting Sucks’ campaign leading us to Season 3, which begins on June 13th. It featured Stephen Moyer, following the previous one which gave us a look at Lindsay Pulsipher, one of the many new faces awaiting visitors in the upcoming season. Joining her are Lauren Bowles , Brit Morgan, Joe Manganiello, Cooper Huckabee, Alfre Woodward, James Frain, J. Smith-Cameron, Theo Alexander, Shannon Lucio, Kevin Alejandro, Marshall Allman and DenisO’Hare. We got an initial look at some of them in a batch of promo images released earlier in April.
