Neil Patrick Harris will guest star on the Fox musical sensation Glee. It’s not new news, and fantastic promo shots abound, but it’s a dream come true for Gleeks everywhere (Glee + Geek = Gleek…you’ll catch on) so it is only fitting that the former Dr. Doogie H. MD features in an episode titled “Dream On” (May 18th, (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). Harris’s comedic prowess is unquestioned, and his singing and dancing skills have landed him spots on Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along and the opening number for the 61st Prime-time Emmy Awards.
The episode also has a very special guest director, the man behind Dr. Horrible, in fact, none other than Joss Whedon! Whedonites will rejoice. Not many sci fi and fantasy masters can carry a musical production quite like Whedon. Check out the tv teaser below.
