May 28th is almost upon us, which means fans will soon be filing into theaters to glimpse the live action adventure Prince of Persia, which is based on the popular video game franchise of the same name. To sate your thirst for the Walt Disney epic, we’ve got clips!
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time traces the journey of “a rouge prince” portrayed by Jake Gyllenhaal (Jarhead, Brothers) who teams up with a “mysterious princess” to battle dark forces interested in a magical artifact capable of controlling the sands of time. Our princess here is Gemma Arterton (Clash of the Titans). Arterton also stole the screen as Strawberry Fields in Quantum of Solace back in 2008. Prince is directed by Mike Newell (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) and also stars Sir Ben Kingsley and Alfred Molina. Maybe that’s why the entire cast seems to speak with a British accent!
