We’ve talked Ramona and Beezus over at BSCkids , but since were are getting closer to the release date (July 23rd) of the Selena Gomez and Joey King (Ramona Quimby will be played by King, while Gomez will portray Beezus) starring film, we thought we’d share this featurette presented by Gomez (via her facebook) that gives fans a look behind-the-scenes as well as shares a scene from the film. Ramona and Beezus is based on the series of novels by Beverly Cleary, a former Newberry Medal winner, a honor that recognizes achievement in children’s fiction/literature. You can check out the one-sheet released earlier this year, as well as a recent Mother’s Day message from Selena and Joey!
Gomez and King are supported by a cast that also includes Sandra Oh, John Corbett, Bridget Moynahan, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Josh Duhamel. For your convenience, I also went ahead and reposted the trailer that was released and noted over at BSCkids in March below.
