Last night, the 2010 (and 10th annual) BET Award winners were named in Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Top honors went to Beyonce for her collaboration with Lady Gaga, ‘Video Phone’, which took home Video of the Year. The other half of Beyonce’s power couple, Jay-Z, also took home an award, sharing Best Collaboration with Alicia Keys for ‘Empire State of Mind’. Keys also won Female Artist of the Year.
UPDATE! – Check out the Chris Brown tribute to Michael Jackson.
Included among the performers during the night were Chris Brown, who did a set honoring Michael Jackson, Eminem, Drake, Alicia Keys and Kanye West (surprisingly, Taylor Swift was not there).
