We saw quite a bit of Tom Cruise in his Les Grossman persona from Tropic Thunder in promos for last night’s MTV Awards, two of which paired him with stars from the Twilight Saga, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson. Cruise Grossman wasn’t done, hitting the stage and showing off his moves on the dance floor with BSC fave Jennifer Lopez.
If you watch closely you’ll catch Katie Holmes in the audience approving of her husband’s performance. You’ll next see Cruise in Knight and Day (July 2nd release date), a film that pairs him with Cameron Diaz. Speaking of pairs, this is the second fun pairing of the night we’ve noted here, following the Scarlett Jo and Sandra Bullock moment we posted earlier.
It sucks that Jennifer Lopez couldn’t get to American Idol. It would are already awesome if she could have gotten there. Properly maybe she can get there up coming season.
