It’s time for another teaser for the upcoming third season of HBO’s True Blood. This one pairs Nelsan Ellis, who portrays gay prostitute, short order cook, and vampire blood pusher Lafayette Reynolds with a blue-eyed Kevin Alejandro who plays Jesus Velasquez, a good-hearted hospital orderly. Jesus will be treating Lafayette’s mother in season 3, who will be acted by Alfre Woodard. Sparks will fly when Jesus will attempt to grapple the usually fierce Layfayette for his affections. In the interview, Ellis reveals that people prefer his character to his real life persona, making Alejandro chuckle and reminds Ellis of how much fun it is to act in the Alan Ball series.
The new season premiers June 13th.
