After news from the CW that season two of Life Unexpected would be following season eight of One Tree Hill on Tuesday nights, we have a bit more casting info to pass along for the family drama. EW reports that two recurring roles have been added to the cast.
Arielle Kebbel from Gilmore Girls steps into the role of new town sexpot Paige, while Amy Price-Francis of 24 and The Cleaner plays a conservative author, who joins Cate (Shiri Appleby) and Ryan’s (Kerr Smith) radio show. The series itself chronicles a 15-year old girl’s efforts to become emancipated after bouncing around from foster home to foster home. She finally lands with her unsuspecting father, who is granted temporary custody along with her estranged biological mom Cate. Life Unexpected season two premieres on September 14.
