I can admit it. I have ALWAYS wanted a Green Lantern ring. I’m willing to bet good money that after today, a great deal more fans out there will put one at the top of their wish lists, too. Why? Today we unveil some fabulous film posters promoting the upcoming Green Lantern movie. I have to say, these were really well done. As controversial as leading man and new lantern Ryan Reynolds was, or more specifically his costume was on the cover of EW, I must say, these images are even more exciting.
Blake Lively is looking lovely as ever as the strong co-star and love interest of our hero in her poster. She’s followed by Peter Sarsgaard who is barely recognizable in his make-up. That’s a very serious Reynolds right behind him with Mark Strong on the end. Tim Robbins is also in the DC Comics adaptation film due out June 17, 2011.
Actually a lot of comicbook shops in North America were giving out Green Lantern rings as part of a promotion this past year. There were also yellow, red, blue, etc rings too, but Green was the most popular and most produced (for obvious reasons) Check a few shops out you might be in luck they might still have extras. ebay probably has tons too.
